Davis School for Independent Study

If you are new to the Davis Joint School District, you will need to complete the online pre-enrollment form.  

• All applicants NEW or RETURNING to DJUSD, must also complete the DJUSD online pre-enrollment and submit required supporting documents to Patricia Smith at [email protected]. See instructions on how.

Students who already attend a DJUSD school does not need to fill out the pre-enrollment form.  

Students who live outside  DJUSD boundaries will need to file an inter-district transfer request with the school district that they currently live in.  The reason for the request must be because the student would like to do independent study.
